Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Support learning, development, and organizational growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as HR Manager, particularly in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Female required.
• Dubai Resident only
• Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-5+ years HR Experience
