Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices and conflict resolution.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and update HR policies as needed.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and company events.
- HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, employee records management, and HRIS maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
