Human Resources Manager

Are you an experienced HR professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and update HR policies as needed.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and company events.
  • HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, employee records management, and HRIS maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼13,000.00 per month
