This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role at flowork.me. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Manager will also handle the administration of HR policies and programs and ensure a positive workplace culture. This is an on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

• HR Management, Recruiting, and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in Performance Management and HR Policies and Programs
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to foster a positive workplace culture
• Experience working in a collaborative environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
