Human Resources Manager

Support the Head of People & Capabilities in developing and executing pre-opening and operational HR strategies for Jayasom Amaala. Ensure all People & Capabilities structures, policies, and systems are in place and compliant with Saudi regulations. Foster a positive, inclusive, and wellness-driven culture aligned with Jayasom's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to implement PEC strategies that support resort operations and opening readiness.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.
  • Coordinate host services such as housing, transportation, and uniforms, ensuring smooth logistics for team members.
  • Develop and deliver training, engagement, and recognition programs to enhance employee wellbeing and retention.
  • Support People Leaders with guidance, coaching, and tools for effective team leadership and development.
  • Collaborate with L&D, Sustainability, and Government Relations to ensure alignment, compliance, and integration of wellness and community initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records, monitor government portals, and ensure continuous compliance with labor and visa regulations.
  • Represent Jayasom at recruitment events and promote the resort as an employer of choice.
  • Promote open communication, respect, and teamwork across departments.
  • Lead by example, modeling empathy, professionalism, and care.
  • Recognize and celebrate achievements, fostering engagement and collaboration.
  • Create a supportive environment where employees feel valued, heard, and empowered.

Job Requirements:

  • BSc in Human Resources or Psychology (preferred)
  • Must have at least 2 year experience in similar position in a luxury property
  • Pre-opening experience
  • Proven experience in human resources and people management, ideally in Saudi Arabia
