Support the Head of People & Capabilities in developing and executing pre-opening and operational HR strategies for Jayasom Amaala. Ensure all People & Capabilities structures, policies, and systems are in place and compliant with Saudi regulations. Foster a positive, inclusive, and wellness-driven culture aligned with Jayasom's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to implement PEC strategies that support resort operations and opening readiness.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.
- Coordinate host services such as housing, transportation, and uniforms, ensuring smooth logistics for team members.
- Develop and deliver training, engagement, and recognition programs to enhance employee wellbeing and retention.
- Support People Leaders with guidance, coaching, and tools for effective team leadership and development.
- Collaborate with L&D, Sustainability, and Government Relations to ensure alignment, compliance, and integration of wellness and community initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor government portals, and ensure continuous compliance with labor and visa regulations.
- Represent Jayasom at recruitment events and promote the resort as an employer of choice.
- Promote open communication, respect, and teamwork across departments.
- Lead by example, modeling empathy, professionalism, and care.

Job Requirements:
- BSc in Human Resources or Psychology (preferred)
- Must have at least 2 year experience in similar position in a luxury property
- Pre-opening experience
- Proven experience in human resources and people management, ideally in Saudi Arabia
