Human Resource Manager:

Salary Range: Depends on experience and qualifications

Annual grant & audit bonus – Based on approval and performance

Benefits: 7 weeks of paid school leave; Summer schedule, 401K/Roth, Medical, Dental & Vision plus 120 hours of PTO

Requirements: BS degree (or equivalent), HR Experience, Louisiana Association of School Business Officials (LASBO) certified or attainable. Experience working in an educational environment and state of LA reporting is a plus

Position responsibilities: Onboarding of new employees

Payroll quarterly tax filings, W2, personnel file maintenance & grant funds related to payroll

Manage employee benefits: enrollments for medical, dental, life, employee navigator, wellness events, etc.

Manage employee retirement plan – enrollment, contributions, schedule quarterly on-site education, etc.

Teacher Evaluation System

Assist with annual financial audit and the 401K audit

Staff Reporting Coordinator

Workers’ Compensation Reporting

State Reporting

Title IV Coordinator

Teacher Recruitment

Preferred: Experience in educational setting

Familiar with Paylocity software is a plus
