Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator/Office Assistant to support our HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human capital management principles.

Duties

  • Support employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
  • Manage employee evaluations and performance management processes to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding their benefits options. Entry and collection practices.
  • Collaborate on change management initiatives to support organizational development efforts.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning requirements.
  • Provide support in workforce management activities, including scheduling and payroll processing using systems.
  • Assist with conflict management and employee relations issues to promote a positive work environment.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within an office environment.
  • Familiarity with human capital management concepts, talent acquisition strategies, and performance management practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of recruiting techniques, employee evaluation methods, and benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
