Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive/Manager to manage our company’s human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads for hiring decisions.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building events.
• Ensure workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion.

3. Performance Management & Training

• Implement performance appraisal systems and provide feedback mechanisms.
• Identify training needs and organize professional development programs.
• Support managers in employee performance improvement plans.

4. HR Policies & Compliance

• Develop and enforce company policies in line with labor laws.
• Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance.
• Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

5. Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Oversee payroll processing and employee compensation benefits.
• Manage leave policies, insurance, and other HR benefits.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Fresher or 1 years of experience in an HR role.
✔ Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
✔ Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
