HR Job Description
We are seeking an HR Executive who can effectively manage our company’s recruitment, human resources development, and training programs. This role will also involve overseeing the hiring process and actively updating HR policies to ensure they remain current and relevant. Having patience and good listener.
HR Role and Responsibilities
1. Identify manpower needs and seek HR Manager Approval.
2. Oversee HR activities, including meetings and interviews.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and position requirements.
4. Create job descriptions and advertise on various platforms; source candidates online.
5. Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates.
6. Manage onboarding for new employees and coordinate training programs.
7. Manage employee data for each department.
8. Supervise daily HR department operations and employee performance management.
9. Labour law compliance.
10. Promote personal and professional growth for employees and the company.
Track attendance, payroll provident fund (PF), employee state insurance (ESI), tax deductions (TDS), and salary information, and provide salary slips.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹58,157.84 per month
