Role Overview
As the HR Manager – you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at Insighte. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding process, maintaining HR compliance, managing recruitment pipelines, and driving a culture of engagement and accountability. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about people management and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
1. Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct engaging and informative orientation sessions to integrate new hires into Insighte’s culture, values, and policies.
- Coordinate and track onboarding schedules, training programs, and completion reports.
- Ensure new hires have access to all necessary systems, materials, and resources.
- Maintain trackers and documentation for onboarding, induction feedback, and completion status.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth transition of new employees into their roles.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent across all therapy and admin roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer rollouts.
- Build and manage an internal hiring framework that supports organizational growth and scalability.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and forecast hiring requirements.
- Maintain a candidate database and recruitment analytics reports.
3. HR Compliance & Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment contracts, KYC documentation, and confidentiality policies.
- Monitor adherence to attendance, leave, and code of conduct policies.
- Prepare HR-related reports, audit documentation, and policy updates.
- Liaise with finance and operations for payroll coordination, statutory deductions, and documentation.
4. Employee Engagement & Experience
- Design and implement engagement initiatives to build a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct periodic check-ins, feedback sessions, and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Support conflict resolution and handle grievances promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate recognition programs, team-building activities, and communication campaigns.
5. Community & Relationship Management
- Foster collaboration and communication among internal teams, therapists, and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and partner organizations to enhance engagement and trust.
- Support internal communication initiatives and culture-building programs.
6. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs through performance data and manager feedback.
- Organize and track professional development sessions for employees.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and post-training evaluations.
7. HR Systems & Process Improvement
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates on HR systems (Zoho People, Bitrix24, etc.).
- Develop and automate HR trackers, dashboards, and reports for better visibility and decision-making.
- Continuously review and enhance HR processes for efficiency and compliance.
8. General HR Support
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance appraisal cycles and documentation.
- Assist with HR initiatives related to retention, succession planning, and culture alignment.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a service-based or education/therapy-driven organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (Zoho People, Bitrix24, Excel, etc.) preferred.
