We are hiring Human Resource & Administration for our Chennai Corporate office.

Job Role: HR & Administration

Industry: TPA/Health Insurance

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 5 Years Min.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain HR Policies: Creating, updating, and enforcing HR policies that align with legal standards and company culture.
  • Handle Payroll and Employee Benefits: While often done with the help of finance or third-party providers, HR Managers are accountable for accuracy and compliance in payroll.
  • Manage HR Information Systems (HRIS): Keeping employee data secure and accessible using HR software tools.
  • Coordinate Disciplinary and Termination Processes: Ensuring that terminations and disciplinary actions are fair, documented, and legally sound.
  • Monitor Employee Morale and Engagement: Using surveys, feedback systems, and observation to assess employee well-being and job satisfaction.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Monitoring changes in labor laws, industry regulations, and workplace safety standards.
  • Drive Succession Planning: HR Managers identify high-potential employees and prepare them for leadership roles.
  • Support Change Management Efforts: When the organization undergoes transitions (mergers, technology changes, restructuring), HR Managers help guide communication, training, and staff support.
  • Report and Analyze HR Metrics: From turnover and absenteeism to productivity and DEI goals, HR Managers measure key performance indicators.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Manage office supplies, maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to management and staff, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
  • Event Coordination: Organize company events and meetings.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.
  • Facility Management: Maintain office facilities and ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of expenses, equipment, and inventories.
  • Support to HR Functions: Assist HR with administrative tasks and documentation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
