Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and proactive HR Manager with an experience of 5+ years to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR functions within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, on boarding).
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, Operation and databases.
  • Process payroll data and assist in attendance and leave management.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and employee evaluation programs.
  • Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and routine HR operations professionally.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR operations or Manager Operation or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment processes, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools/software.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
