Human Resources Manager

Alenshaiah Contracting Company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and support the company’s growth within the Saudi construction market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.

• Manage all HR operations including recruitment, training & development, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.

• Lead recruitment for all construction positions (engineers, supervisors, technicians, labor, and administrative roles).

• Oversee compensation & benefits, attendance systems, and salary structures.

• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, HRDF, Qiwa, and Mudad.

• Build and update HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures.

• Support workforce planning and improve overall HR efficiency.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in construction/contracting companies.

• Strong knowledge of Saudi HR regulations and HR platforms.

• Professional English proficiency.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Certifications :

CIPD / SHRM / PHR or equivalent

professional HR certifications.
