Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive / Manager to join our Human Resource Department, with strong expertise in Industrial Relations (IR) compliance, employee benefits, contractual hiring, and in-house staffing management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with statutory compliance, handling third-party contracts, and employee lifecycle management within a dynamic organizational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- IR & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
- Coordinate with legal advisors and government authorities for labor inspections and compliance reports.
- Maintain documentation related to audits, licenses, and compliance certifications.
- Contractual Hiring & Vendor Management
- Manage and coordinate with third-party manpower agencies for contractual staffing needs.
- Draft, evaluate, and negotiate staffing contracts and SLAs.
- Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and verification of contractual employees.
- In-House Staffing Operations
- Handle the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and induction for in-house staff.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Handle grievance redressal and maintain positive employee relations.
- Employee Benefits Administration
- Implement and monitor employee benefit programs such as insurance, wellness programs, and bonus structures.
- Liaise with vendors for group medical coverage and other employee benefit schemes.
- HRMIS & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR MIS reports.
- Generate periodic reports for headcount, attrition, and compliance updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
- IR Compliance
- Contractual Hiring & Staffing
- Employee Benefits Administration
- Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in infrastructure, construction, or manufacturing sectors preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
