Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with overall business objectives, including workforce planning and succession planning.
- Talent Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, interviewing, hiring), onboarding, and retention, often using HR software (ATS).
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison, resolve grievances, foster engagement, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive pay structures, benefits, and reward systems.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, career development, and training programs.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and regulations.
- HR Operations: Manage departmental budgets, HR metrics (turnover, cost-per-hire), and ensure efficient HR processes.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR software (HRIS, Payroll, ATS).
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; advanced degree or certifications (SHRM, SPHR) often preferred.
