Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with overall business objectives, including workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Talent Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, interviewing, hiring), onboarding, and retention, often using HR software (ATS).
  • Employee Relations: Act as a liaison, resolve grievances, foster engagement, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive pay structures, benefits, and reward systems.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, career development, and training programs.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Operations: Manage departmental budgets, HR metrics (turnover, cost-per-hire), and ensure efficient HR processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software (HRIS, Payroll, ATS).
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; advanced degree or certifications (SHRM, SPHR) often preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
