About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive work culture and support business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
Lead performance management and appraisal processes
Maintain HR policies, compliance, and documentation
Coordinate payroll, compensation, and benefits
Plan and implement training & development programs
Track HR metrics and report to management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration
5+ years of HR experience (managerial preferred)
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and people skills
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
