Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals

Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution

Maintain HR policies and ensure legal & statutory compliance

Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management

Organize training and development programs

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field( All Qualification are Regular only )

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (as per experience)
