Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic HR Manager to oversee human resource management and administrative activities. The HR Manager will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training & development, and HR operations in alignment with business goals for our logistics organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse, transport, operations, and corporate roles.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, Labor laws, etc.).
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor and enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance evaluation systems.
  • Implement safety policies, uniform & ID card management, and workplace discipline.
  • Coordinate with accounts and operations team for manpower planning and productivity management.
  • Conduct exit interviews and generate HR reports & analytics periodically.
  • Drive organizational culture, welfare activities, and compliance audits.
  • Liaison with external agencies, recruitment partners, and government labor offices when required.

Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / MBA in HR preferred.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, transportation or manufacturing industry required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and labor law.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage field manpower and large workforce.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS / attendance systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
