Job Title: Assistant Manager Human Resource / Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Executive for our hotel operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in HR Generalist functions, Payroll processing, and Recruitment, with a good understanding of hospitality industry practices. The role requires handling end-to-end HR operations while ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and smooth workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

HR Generalist Operations

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, exits, and HR records.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Support performance appraisal and increment processes.

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for hotel staff (operations, kitchen, housekeeping, front office, F&B, administration).
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct initial HR interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.

Payroll & Compliance

  • Process monthly payroll accurately, including attendance, overtime, incentives, and deductions.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor attendance, shifts, rosters, and leave management systems.
  • Ensure discipline and adherence to hotel policies and labor regulations.

Employee Engagement & Training

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
  • Coordinate training programs, statutory trainings, and skill development sessions.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive work culture aligned with hospitality standards.
  • Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, and labor laws applicable to the hospitality industry.
  • Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll and compliance-related activities.
  • Maintain payroll records and generate MIS reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
