We are looking for a
Human Resources Manager
for our client, a leading automotive company.
Responsibilities:

Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding,

Act as the primary point of contact for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the organization,

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals,
-
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and focus groups, and develop action plans accordingly,
-
Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits structures through market analysis and benchmarking,
-
Ensure accurate and timely payroll, benefits, bonuses, and incentive payments,
-
Manage internal benefits programs such as referral bonuses, travel, and accommodation arrangements for business trips,
-
Strengthen employee relations and foster a positive, performance-driven company culture,
-
Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,

Minimum
10 years
of experience in Human Resources, with proven managerial responsibility,
-
Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, offboarding),
-
Hands-on experience in payroll, compensation, benefits, and bonus management,
-
Solid background in salary benchmarking, wage surveys, and compensation structuring,
-
Experience in employee engagement, satisfaction surveys, and feedback mechanisms,
-
Ability to work closely with senior management and act as a strategic HR partner,
-
Experience in SAP systems or involvement in SAP transition projects is a strong plus,
-
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills,
-
Proficiency in MS Office and preferably HRIS systems,

Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
