As a Talent & People Partner , you will play a critical role in shaping our people strategy and fostering a high-performance, people-centric culture. You will collaborate closely with leaders across the studio to deliver impactful HR solutions that drive engagement, development, and growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about unlocking potential and scaling teams in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to game studios, aligning people strategies with organizational goals
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent
  • Drive initiatives in employee engagement, performance management and retention
  • Partner with teams to embed and evolve People policies in ways that are transparent and engaging
  • Coach and advise managers and employees to cultivate a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous feedback
  • Provide data and insights to support strategic workforce planning and decision-making
  • Support employee development, inclusion, and well-being through scalable programs and best practices
  • Act as a key partner and facilitate team building, cultural events, and onboarding activities to enrich the Loop Games employee experience



Our ideal candidate has...


  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent & People roles, preferably in a generalist or business partner capacity
  • Knowledge of People best practices, employee lifecycle management, and organizational design
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment (global or/and tech experience is big plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
  • Analytical mindset and experience with People analytics, reporting, and People systems (e.g. LinkedIn, Lever, Hibob, etc)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
