We are looking for a "HR Manager" for our business partner operating in the manufacture sector.
Job Description:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s global objectives,

Manage end-to-end HR processes by addressing the unique needs of both blue-collar and white-collar employees within the production environment and office settings,

Oversee key HR functions including recruitment, talent management, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits,

Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and corporate culture,
-
Plan and execute training and development programs across all departments,
-
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, occupational health & safety regulations, and internal policies,
-
Collaborate closely with global HR teams to align local and regional practices with corporate standards,
-
Take an active role in managing industrial relations,
-
Lead, mentor, and develop the Human Resources team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, preferably in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines,

Minimum
10 years
of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing environments working with both blue- and white-collar employees,

Experience in multinational or global organizations is a strong advantage,

Solid knowledge of labor laws, social security regulations, and HR best practices,
-
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills,
-
Proven ability in team management and strategic planning,

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is preferred,

Competent in MS Office tools and HR software solutions,

Analytical mindset with a results-oriented and high-energy approach.
