Organizational Development Manager

Organizational Development Manager

Qualifications

  • Graduated from relevant university departments (such as Human Resources, Labor Economics, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering).
  • Min. 10 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in Organizational Development, management consulting or closely related fields,
  • Strong ability on communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving and planning,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent MS Office applications knowledge,
  • Having project management skills,
  • Support open communication and feedback culture,
  • Open to change and innovation


Job Description

Performance Management and Career Systems:

  • Managing performance evaluation processes
  • Setting employee goals and monitoring them regularly
  • Establishing and operating feedback systems
  • Creating career development plans
  • Planning actions to increase workforce productivity

HR Policies, Procedures, and Legal Compliance:

  • Creating and updating HR policies
  • Organizing HR procedures and internal company policies
  • Responsibility for legal compliance (Labor Law, Social Security Institution, Turkish Employment Agency processes, etc.)

Employee Satisfaction, Engagement, and Feedback Mechanisms:

  • Employee satisfaction surveys
  • Action plans based on survey results
  • Regular one-on-one meetings/meetings with employees
  • Initiatives to increase belonging and engagement

Internal Communication and Motivation Activities:

  • Management of internal announcements and information processes
  • Planning of internal motivation and loyalty activities

Company Culture, Employer Branding, and Social Responsibility

  • Spreading the company culture to internal and external stakeholders
  • Social responsibility projects
  • Employer branding activities

HR Reporting

  • Regular reporting of HR statistics to management
  • Reporting focused on productivity and process improvement

Relationships with Official Institutions:

  • Process tracking with official institutions such as SGK, İŞKUR, municipality, etc.
