We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR professional who will be responsible for managing the complete Human Resource function of the organization. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, performance management, payroll coordination, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities
1️ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in design, project management, engineering, site staff, accounts, and administration.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, references, and consultants.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the offer & onboarding process.
- Maintain manpower planning and hiring timelines.
2️ Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts professionally.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support department heads in appraisal processes.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management (joining to exit formalities).
3️ Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Implement and monitor adherence to company HR policies.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, etc.).
- Maintain discipline and ethical work standards.
- Update and draft HR policies as per company requirements.
4️ Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Organize workshops, skill development sessions, and performance improvement plans.
- Support leadership in building second-line management and talent pipeline.
5️ Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Coordinate payroll processing with accounts/finance team.
- Manage employee benefits, leave records, attendance, and reimbursements.
- Handle full and final settlements and exit documentation.
Additional Focus Areas (Project-Based Environment)
- Manage creative and technical talent assignments across projects.
- Balance workload and deadlines in coordination with department heads.
- Foster a collaborative, disciplined, and performance-driven culture.
- Act as a bridge between management and staff.

Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Project-based company preferred
