  • Setting KPIs and performance goals
  • Conducting performance appraisals
  • Providing feedback and coaching
  • Managing promotions, increments, transfers, and terminations

Goal: Improve employee productivity and align performance with company objectives.

3. Compensation & Benefits

  • Designing salary structures
  • Managing payroll processing
  • Handling bonuses and incentives
  • Managing benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies

Goal: Ensure fair and competitive compensation to retain employees.

4. Compliance & Workplace Safety

  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Maintaining statutory records
  • Preventing workplace harassment
  • Implementing health & safety policies
  • Handling audits and inspections

Goal: Protect the organization from legal risks and create a safe work environment.

5. Employee Provident Fund (EPF) & ESIC

  • Registering employees under EPF & ESIC
  • Monthly contribution filing
  • Handling returns and documentation
  • Resolving employee queries related to PF/ESIC claims

Goal: Ensure statutory compliance and employee social security benefits.

6. Employee Relations

  • Managing communication between employees and management
  • Addressing grievances and conflict resolution
  • Maintaining discipline and workplace harmony
  • Promoting positive organizational culture

Goal: Build trust and maintain a healthy work environment.

7. Training & Development

  • Identifying skill gaps
  • Conducting training programs
  • Leadership development initiatives
  • Career planning and succession planning

Goal: Enhance employee skills and support long-term organizational growth.

  • Handles end-to-end HR functions

2. HR Manager

3. Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
