Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing training and development programs, supporting talent acquisition, and ensuring a positive work environment. The role also involves monitoring workforce needs, advising leadership on HR strategies, and fostering employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• 7+ Years of Experience in Human Resource.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and policy development
• Experience in training and development, leadership coaching, and employee engagement
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools; ability to analyze and report HR metrics
• Bachelor’s degree in any Stream.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
