Human Resources Manager

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR operations at our Kochi office. The role includes managing recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration
• Plan and manage manpower requirements across departments
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and senior positions
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and the full employee lifecycle
• Manage performance appraisals, reviews, and feedback processes
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Plan and execute employee engagement, welfare, and recognition programs
• Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity)
• Identify training needs and implement learning and development initiatives
• Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for management

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience in payroll management, recruitment, and HR operations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
