Position Title:

HR Manager (Male/Female) – Saudi National


Job Summary:

Lead and manage all Human Resources functions within the company, ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations. The role focuses on enhancing organizational performance and building a professional work environment that supports the growth and expansion of the company’s business


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy in alignment with the company’s objectives
  • Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, and Saudization programs
  • Develop, review, and update internal HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee employee affairs, including contracts, attendance, leaves, and personnel files
  • Supervise payroll and employee benefits in coordination with the Finance Department
  • Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Human Resources regulations, GOSI, and related government platforms
  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems and monitor KPIs
  • Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives
  • Promote a positive work environment and strong organizational culture while professionally handling employee relations


Required Qualifications:

  • Saudi national (Male/Female)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience within companies in Saudi Arabia
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
  • Proven experience working with all relevant government platforms
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
  • Strong leadership personality combining firmness with flexibility


Work Location:

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Jeddah.
