Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-driven HR Manager who can lead and manage the entire HR function. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, performance management, and compliance. This role requires someone who can build systems, manage teams, and create a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
• Manage onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Design and execute performance management systems
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
• Handle grievance management and disciplinary processes
• Maintain HR documentation, policies, and records
• Lead and mentor the HR team (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–5 years of proven HR experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in HRMS and payroll systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
