Human Resources Manager

1. Manpower Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and forecasting manpower requirements.
  • Recruiting and onboarding workers/staff as per project needs.
  • Allocating workers to departments or sites efficiently.
  • Monitoring workforce productivity.
  • Handling manpower shortages or excess staffing issues.
  • Coordinating with supervisors and HR for workforce planning.
  • Maintaining manpower records and deployment reports.

2. Wages & Payroll Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly/weekly payroll.
  • Calculating salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Managing wage records and payroll documentation.
  • Coordinating with accounts/finance for salary disbursement.
  • Handling employee wage-related queries.
  • Maintaining statutory compliance (PF, ESI, tax, etc. if applicable).

3. Attendance Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining daily attendance records (manual/biometric).
  • Monitoring absenteeism and leave records.
  • Preparing attendance summaries for payroll processing.
  • Verifying overtime hours and shift schedules.
  • Coordinating with department heads regarding attendance issues.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of leave, holidays, and shift rotations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
