2. Recruitment selection & Induction training.

3. Employee Appraisal.

4. Statutory Returns & submissions (Factory License/Pollution Control Board).

5. In plant training of Students.

6. Manpower Budgeting & Management.

7. Resignations & Clearances.

8. Issue of Aprons, Uniforms & ID Cards.

9. Work relating to Annual Festivals & General Works (Event's organizer).

10. Training & Development.

11. IATF Documentation and Customer Specific Requirement Documents related to HR Dept.

12. Promoting awareness of Code of Conduct, Anti-bribery policy throughout the organization.

13. Participate in CFT meetings.

14. Participate in MRM.

15. Responsible for PF, ESI & PT remittances.

16. Salary & Wages Statements.

17. Bonus & Rewards statements.

18. Disbursement of Monthly Salary & Annual Bonus.

19. Biometric Device Grievances & Records.

20. Payments Denomination Planning & Arrangements.

21. TDS Statements.

Authority:

1. Authorized to Approve Appointment and Experience Letters.

2. Salary deduction.

3. Biometric system for every employee.

4. Competency matrix updation.

5. Define R & R for every position.

6. Conduct training as per plan.

7. Updation of skill matrix.
