Responsibilities:
- · Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
- · Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business goals, managing talent acquisition, and enhancing employee engagement and development.
- · Identify training needs and coordinate programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. Support career development initiatives.
- · Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices. Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws.
- · Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR policies and procedures, assist in implementation as well
- · Support organizational change initiatives and culture-building efforts to align with company values and objectives.
- · Address employee concerns and foster a collaborative environment.
- · Preparing or updating employee records related to hiring, promoting, reliving and terminating
- · Handle admin staff
- · Should possess a track record of getting things done on time and should have accountability toward assigned responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
