The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment and onboarding processes, developing HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, cultivating a positive work environment, and addressing employee relations. The role also involves maintaining HR systems, evaluating employee performance, and implementing professional development programs. Qualifications Proficiency in recruitment and onboarding strategies, workforce planning, and employee relations management Expertise in HR compliance, labor laws, and organizational policies Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making Proven ability to implement training, development programs, and performance evaluations Experience with HR software systems and data management tools Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus Excellent leadership abilities and capacity to foster a collaborative workplace culture

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
