Human Resources Manager

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, or related field
  • 8+ years of HR experience


Preferred Requirements:

  • MBA degree
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification
  • Prior HR experience in a manufacturing or unionized environment


This position will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving organizational performance through effective talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and culture-building initiatives. This role provides high-impact HR leadership in a complex, fast-paced unionized manufacturing environment, ensuring that people strategies directly support the long-term goals of the business.

  • Partner with senior leadership to shape workforce strategy, culture, and organizational design.
  • Lead performance, succession, and leadership development to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
  • Drive organizational change and continuous improvement to improve effectiveness and agility.
  • Oversee employee relations and compliance, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally sound HR practices.
  • Lead core HR operations and talent acquisition, supporting hiring, retention, and workforce stability.
  • Promote engagement, accountability, and clear communication across all levels of the organization.
