We are looking for a motivated and experienced Female Technical HR to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have experience in technical recruitment, HR operations, and talent management within engineering or technical industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical recruitment for engineering positions (mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical HR interviews
• Coordinate with engineering managers for hiring requirements
• Manage job postings on LinkedIn, job portals, and social platforms
• Handle employee onboarding and HR documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in HR or technical recruitment
• Experience hiring for engineering or technical roles preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HR tools, job portals, and recruitment platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment
