<Job Overview>
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human capital management, employee relations, and strategic HR planning. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting organizational growth through effective talent management and workforce development initiatives.

<Responsibilities>

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes from sourcing candidates through onboarding, utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS or Workday to streamline recruitment efforts.
  • Oversee employee orientation programs, performance management systems, and employee evaluation procedures to promote professional development and engagement.
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans like Paychex or ADP, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to employment & labor law regulations such as OSHA and FMLA, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements affecting the organization.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transitions smoothly while maintaining employee morale and productivity.
  • Manage employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies and foster a positive work environment through clear communication skills.
  • Utilize HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, reporting, and workforce management analysis.

<Requirements>

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in human capital management practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and HR sourcing techniques.
  • Experience with HRIS systems including Workday, UltiPro, or Ceridian; familiarity with ATS platforms like Taleo or iCIMS is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across departments and support organizational initiatives.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration processes such as payroll systems (Paychex, ADP) and workforce management tools like Kronos or UltiPro.

Pay: $62,515.62 - $75,287.63 per year
