Human Resources Manager

Summary

Connexa Search Group is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Human Resources Manager to support operations during a significant period of organizational transition and growth. This role will serve as a key business partner to leadership, helping strengthen HR processes, support employee development, and ensure effective day-to-day HR operations across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner supporting leadership and employees across the organization
• Manage core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and policy guidance
• Support workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinate learning and development programs to support employee growth and leadership capability
• Partner with operations leadership to maintain a strong presence within the production environment
• Support payroll coordination and HRIS processes
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and workforce integration initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Help guide HR initiatives during operational changes and organizational growth

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Human Resources Manager or senior HR leadership role
• Experience supporting operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR operations, and workforce development
• Experience supporting payroll coordination and HRIS systems
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work closely with operational teams
