HR Manager - DFW area (Local candidates only)

We are partnering with a manufacturing company in the DFW area to identify a top HR Manager to join their team! This position will report directly to the CHRO. If you are all about the "people" side of HR, this is a great opportunity to own employee engagement, talent development, employee relations, training, coaching, etc. If this is you, let's connect today! This position will be strategic, yet hands-on and will have a "seat at the table" when it comes to HR initiatives.

To qualify for the HR Manager role, you must possess the following:

• Degree is highly preferred
• HR Certifications are highly preferred
• ADP Workforce Now experience is a huge plus!
• Manufacturing and/or distribution industry experience is required
• A high level of emotional intelligence is needed in this role
• Must have experience partnering with employees and managers regarding employee relations issues and coaching and counseling
• Open and direct personality - confident
