Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager will oversee full-spectrum HR operations, including recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience working with US/UK-based companies, particularly within BPOs and software houses, ensuring global HR standards, effective talent acquisition, and strong organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical (IT, engineering) and non-technical (HR, finance, sales, admin, BPO staff) roles
  • Handle hiring for international clients, especially US/UK markets
  • Develop job descriptions aligned with global standards
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and international platforms
  • Screen, interview, and coordinate technical and behavioral assessments
  • Build pipelines for high-volume (BPO) and specialized (tech) hiring

HR Operations

  • Manage onboarding aligned with international practices
  • Maintain HR records and compliance documentation
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and international HR standards
  • Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits

Employee Relations & Performance

  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
  • Implement performance management systems
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives
  • Identify and execute training programs

trategic HR Functions

  • Align HR strategies with business objectives and international client expectations
  • Monitor global hiring trends (US/UK markets)
  • Develop employer branding strategies for both BPO and tech talent
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of HR experience in:
  • US/UK-based companies
  • BPO / Call Center environments
  • Software houses / IT companies
  • Strong understanding of international recruitment practices
  • Familiarity with technical roles and IT skillsets
  • Knowledge of labor laws and global HR practices
  • Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication skills (especially with international clients)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
