The HR Manager will oversee full-spectrum HR operations, including recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience working with US/UK-based companies, particularly within BPOs and software houses, ensuring global HR standards, effective talent acquisition, and strong organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical (IT, engineering) and non-technical (HR, finance, sales, admin, BPO staff) roles
- Handle hiring for international clients, especially US/UK markets
- Develop job descriptions aligned with global standards
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and international platforms
- Screen, interview, and coordinate technical and behavioral assessments
- Build pipelines for high-volume (BPO) and specialized (tech) hiring
HR Operations
- Manage onboarding aligned with international practices
- Maintain HR records and compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and international HR standards
- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits
Employee Relations & Performance
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Implement performance management systems
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Identify and execute training programs
trategic HR Functions
- Align HR strategies with business objectives and international client expectations
- Monitor global hiring trends (US/UK markets)
- Develop employer branding strategies for both BPO and tech talent
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience in:
- US/UK-based companies
- BPO / Call Center environments
- Software houses / IT companies
- Strong understanding of international recruitment practices
- Familiarity with technical roles and IT skillsets
- Knowledge of labor laws and global HR practices
- Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication skills (especially with international clients)
