Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Identify and understand staffing needs in coordination with department managers.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels — job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and campus recruitment.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.

2. Screening & Selection

  • Review resumes, shortlist potential candidates, and conduct preliminary telephonic or video interviews.
  • Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical and HR interview rounds with hiring managers.
  • Manage all aspects of candidate communication and interview scheduling.

3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Promote the organization’s culture, values, and growth opportunities to enhance its employer brand.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for every candidate throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain transparent and timely communication with applicants regarding their application status.

4. Recruitment Process Management

  • Maintain detailed records of candidates, interviews, and hiring decisions using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, negotiate terms, and facilitate onboarding in coordination with HR operations.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and report them to management for process improvement.

5. Collaboration & Strategic Alignment

  • Work closely with management and department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Partner with educational institutions, job fairs, and professional associations to strengthen recruitment networks.
  • Contribute to developing policies and practices that promote internal growth and retention.

6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws, diversity standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all applicant and employee data.
  • Prepare recruitment-related documentation and reports for audits or reviews.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,200.44 - ₹35,000.00 per month
