Namariq Group is inviting applications for the position of Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen our HR operations across the organization. We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and people-focused HR professional who can drive talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR compliance while aligning human capital strategies with business objectives.

Qualification: MBA in Human Resource Management (Mandatory)

Role Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete Human Resources function, including recruitment, policy development, performance management, compensation & benefits coordination, employee relations, workforce planning, and legal compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of modern HR practices within the UAE business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for key talent acquisition
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and workplace conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and company procedures
  • Design and monitor performance appraisal systems, KPI frameworks, and employee development plans
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, compensation structures, employee benefits, and leave administration
  • Create learning & development initiatives, leadership programs, and succession planning strategies
  • Build employee engagement programs that strengthen workplace culture, productivity, and morale
  • Maintain HR records, reporting systems, and workforce analytics for management decision-making
  • Work closely with senior management on organizational planning and manpower budgeting
  • Implement HR digital transformation initiatives through ERP / HRMS systems
  • Promote company values, ethics, diversity, and a positive work environment

Candidate Profile

✔ MBA in Human Resource Management
✔ Strong knowledge of UAE employment regulations and HR compliance practices
✔ Proven leadership experience in HR operations and strategic workforce planning
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
✔ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally
✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities
✔ Experience in ERP / HRMS platforms will be a strong advantage
