Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for HR related inquiries
- Create a consistent, positive work atmosphere through the communication and administration of HR policies and procedures
- Close interaction with respective cross department stakeholders to ensure that employees remain motivated & pro-actively develop opportunities to enhance the employer brand of We Assist among partners & both internal and external customers Responsible for managing the key HR deliverable for the organization (Budget vs actual cost, attrition, Internal Mobility, resource management and the like)
- Play the role of an advisor with stakeholders through the provision of quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management and Talent Development strategies to achieve organizational objectives
- Coach, Train, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on complex HR related issues
- Plan and execute the Training program for employees by utilizing the internal talent/ resource
- Performance management for the Organization.
- Plan and execute the productivity enhancement and PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) management
- Ensure that there is continuous feedback from managers including process management for key HR processes.
- Manage the Year End compensation process along with the management
- Keep a close watch on the statutory processes, PF, ESI and other regulatory guidelines
- Plan, own and execute the interview processes and the hiring life cycle. Provide support to our recruiting process by managing online job postings, interview coordination, and generation of offer letters
- Coordinate logistics for the onboarding process in the organisation (background checks, new hire orientation, required trainings, post-hire check-in meetings etc)
- Coordinate logistics for the offboarding process (exit interviews/surveys, termination processing, document preparation) resignation process, Full & Final Settlement and relationship with ex-employees etc)
- Plan and execute regular Employee Engagement Activities
- Manage employee grievances and investigations at a ground level
- Partner with finance team to ensure accuracy of payroll. Manage the HR Reporting and Admin related work
- Support the continuous improvement of our internal HR processes
- Assist with miscellaneous Admin projects as needed
Required Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent written & spoken English and business communication skills
- Should have good analytical skills that helps HR Planning, forecasting & execution
- Candidate carries an excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Should be a confident HR business partner with the ability to build and maintain constant rapport with the business and be hands-on where required
- Working knowledge of HR practices (employment laws, compliance, benefits, etc.)
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills and approachable demeanour when working with all levels of staff
- Ability to work independently, quickly learn organizational structure, and demonstrate excellent time management skills
Experience.
- 2- 5 years of experience in HR department
Additional Skills.
- Strong verbal skills – Fluency in English & Kannada.
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for new tasks and challenges Relationship building skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to operate with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Willingness to accept a high degree of uncertainty, jump in and help wherever needed, get hands dirty, and wear multiple hats on a fast-moving team.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
