Job Details

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Reports to: People & Culture Director

Job Purpose

The Human Resources Manager supports day-to-day HR operations across Red Palace, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, employee engagement, and compliance with internal standards and local labor regulations.

This role acts as a key liaison between employees and the broader People & Culture function, handling matters related to employee relations, HR systems, benefits administration, and general HR support.

The HR Generalist plays a critical role in promoting a positive work culture, ensuring that HR practices are efficient, transparent, and aligned with the Group’s values and operational goals.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Employee Relations & Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
  • Ensure timely resolution of employee grievances in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support investigations and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Payroll

Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated, implemented, and followed by employees.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and company regulations across departments.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires including documentation, orientation, and system access.
  • Facilitate offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement documentation.

HR Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and ensure data integrity.
  • Generate HR reports related to headcount, attrition, leaves, and other key metrics for leadership review.

Performance & Development Support

  • Assist in coordinating performance review cycles, reminders, and system access.
  • Support training logistics, nominations, and feedback collection across departments.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations within hospitality or luxury service sectors.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HR systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English required
