About the Role:

To support the HR Division to deliver better employees personnel services in Capital Projects division by reviewing various documents, & preparing performance reports.

Activities:

• Support HR Supervisor and HR Senior Supervisor with all required personnel operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly personnel performance reports to show how the department is performing against its objectives.
• Implementing related Personnel Policies and Procedures.
• Process & arrange employees holidays & tickets.
• Coordinating with HR representatives in all Bakery plants in different locations and provide support when needed.

Requirement :

The potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Good communication and written English skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical & highly proficient in reports.
