HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Company Overview
Niche Trading is a fast-growing distributor of cosmetics and beauty products in Qatar, delivering to major retailers and markets across the country. We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Officer to strengthen our head office team and support our expansion.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Maintain and update HR records, contracts, and staff files.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar labor law and company policies.
  • Support performance evaluation, training, and employee development programs.
  • Act as a point of contact between management and employees, promoting a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of solid HR experience in Qatar.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be currently in Qatar and willing to transfer sponsorship (NOC required).
