Human Resources Officer

China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting an HR Officer to join corporate HR Dept in Dubai, UAE.

Position Summary:

Work as a point of contact between staffs & related Depts. for visa process (New Visa Applications, Visa Renewal, Visa cancellation, etc..), management of employment contracts and personnel files.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send employment contract to selected candidates.
• Collect employment and other personal documents for visa application process.
• Coordinate with PR Dept & Typing Centers for processing of Entry Permit, Labor Contract, Visa and Emirates ID, etc..
• Track and process timely renewals of employees visa before expiry date.
• Maintain personnel files and database
• Assist other team members in daily HR Operations

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in HR/Admin
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Familiar with UAE Employment Visa process
