About the Role
The HR Officer supports daily HR operations, ensures compliance with Qatar Labour Law, and contributes to maintaining a professional and positive workplace. The role involves supporting HR administration, recruitment coordination, and implementation of HR policies across departments under the guidance of the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer preparation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policy and Qatar Labor Law.
  • Prepare and issue HR letters such as employment requests, salary certificates, and experience certificates.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and generate periodic HR reports.
  • Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports, official correspondence, and memos as needed.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal and training processes.
  • Act as the communication link between staff, and HR.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Qatar. (Preferably in healthcare setting)
  • Solid knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR documentation practices.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Preferred Attributes

  • Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
