Position Summary:

The Human Resources Officer will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, organizational development, and handling official documentation and government-related processes, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can drive HR initiatives that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
  • Oversee the performance review process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Manage the company's employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Oversee the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and other related documentation for employees.
  • Handle company licenses, renewals, and updates, ensuring all documents are maintained in line with UAE laws.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the UAE, with a strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and government procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, UAE labor law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Preferred to have a car.
  • Preferred if on own visa or spouse's visa.
