Position Summary:
The Human Resources Officer will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, organizational development, and handling official documentation and government-related processes, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can drive HR initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
- Implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
- Oversee the performance review process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.
- Manage the company's employee records and ensure confidentiality.
- Oversee the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and other related documentation for employees.
- Handle company licenses, renewals, and updates, ensuring all documents are maintained in line with UAE laws.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the UAE, with a strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and government procedures.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, UAE labor law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Preferred to have a car.
- Preferred if on own visa or spouse's visa.
