Human Resources Officer – Healthcare Sector

We are looking for a Human Resources Officer with hands-on experience in the UAE healthcare sector to manage day-to-day HR operations. The role requires strong knowledge of healthcare HR processes, UAE labor law, and staff licensing procedures within home care, clinics, hospitals, or EMS environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up
  • Handle employee onboarding including document collection, license verification, medical checks, and induction coordination
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
  • Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with finance to ensure WPS compliance
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and respond to routine employee HR queries
  • Coordinate with healthcare authorities (DHA / DCAS) for staff licensing, renewals, and compliance
  • Support performance management, staff training, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure professional communication and timely resolution of employee-related matters

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in home care, including exposure to on-call coordination
  • 2–3 years of HR experience in the healthcare sector (home care, clinic, hospital, or EMS)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and healthcare authority procedures
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
