Human Resources Operations Manager

📢 We are Hiring for HR Operations Manager for Navi Mumbai!

We are Looking for:

✅ Team Management Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience leading and managing HR operations teams

Proven ability to motivate, coach, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment

✅ HR Operations Expertise

Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, compliance, and data management

Ability to manage service delivery and ensure accurate, timely execution of HR transactions

✨ Transition Experience (Preferred)

Experience in transitioning HR processes or teams (e.g. shared services setup, client onboarding, or process migrations) will be a significant plus

🤝 Stakeholder & Client Collaboration

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage client expectations in an outsourcing setup

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

🔸 Years of Experience: 12 to 17 years

🔸 Location: Navi Mumbai(Ghansoli)

🔸 Work From Office(5 days)
