Human Resources Operations Manager

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage HR operational and business partnering functions to ensure compliant service delivery, effective workforce support, and alignment between HR operations, business needs, and organizational objectives.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- Manage daily HR operations functions across employee relations, personnel affairs, payroll, government relations, and employee services to ensure consistent and compliant service delivery.

2- Ensure the consistent implementation of approved HR policies, procedures, and internal controls across all HR operational and BP functions.

3- Manage service quality and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable HR services.

4- Ensure on-time payroll operations, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination to ensure correct and timely salary processing.

5- Ensure effective management of government relations transactions and compliance with Saudi labor law and government platform requirements.

6- Manage employee relations case handling, investigations, and issue resolution to ensure fairness, transparency, and policy compliance.

7- Ensure accurate management of HR systems, employee records, contracts, and personnel files in line with data governance requirements.

8- Follow up regular ministry of labor updated laws, plan required actions & modifications, manage the business risks & cost & ensure compliance

9- Manage, guide, and develop HR Operations Supervisors and HR Business Partners to ensure accountability, capability building, and consistent performance.

10- Support management decision-making by managing operational reports, workforce insights, and HR performance analysis aligned with business objectives.

11- Manage HR operational KPIs and performance metrics to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.


EDUCATION & TRAINING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent (Preferred).
